Hey U! 

Haven't been on in while, but that doesn't mean your not in my heart!  I was just thinking about after my Mom passed and my Dad sold the house, how you stayed over for 4 days straight and helped us box everything. 21 years of memorys boxed up... I remember you hugged me so tight. You told me it would be OK! Well.....21 years later ~ it is ok.. U WERE RIGHT!!!!!!!!!  Then the  apartment in VG. WOW! How much fun was that!!   P A R T Y! Well handsome just wanted to say hi! Hope you enjoyed your Thanksgiving!

Hi Baby! I was just remembering all of the birthdays we spent together. You always made them fun! The plant you gave me 4 years ago has grown into a giant! Even it’s babies are doing well! I remember you taking us to NY to see plays for my birthday. We had such a good time, walking around the city, taking in the sights, the people, the atmosphere. I still have the little frog we got with one of our drinks after the theater. He sits in the pot with the ‘baby’ plant on the kitchen sill & reminds me that you’re watching over me. When we were younger we would play & eat cake. As we grew older, we’d go out for dinner, sometimes dancing, sometimes theater, sometimes just home in front of a fire. Always an adventure, always laughing, always loving! We’d share our hopes & dreams for the coming year, and laugh at the mis-steps of the past year.

I hope you’re having a wonderful time in Heaven Patrick. Don’t take it too easy though. I want you to continue to grow, to learn & teach. You always had so much to give & I know that doesn’t stop just because you moved on to the next level. Know that I’m still here for you just like you are for me. I know that you can still hear me and though I can’t hear your voice now, you’ve always been able to speak to my heart, that will never change. Help me to be my best self & continue to be yours. Stay strong with me. Always know how very much I LOVE YOU!  

I was just remembering the time that we went to the newly opened ‘mega’ toy store in Rockaway. It was the biggest toy store we had ever seen. I was around 17 or 18 so you would have been 10 or 11 years old. We spent hours in that store! We walked up and down every aisle and played with every toy we could get our hands on. We laughed and played and had a great time. We didn’t even need to go near the video games...just the ‘old fashioned’ toys. Patrick, you had such a wonderful gift ... the ability to help people see things through the eyes of a child. You made even the most ordinary things extraordinary...simple things became amazing wonders of the world! And you had the most amazing ability to make us all laugh. I think I miss that the most...your big laugh and the way it could light up my world. I miss you so much, and yet I know that I was truly blessed because I was able to have you in my life. Thanks for every moment...thanks for the laughs...thanks for the love! We’ll be together again some day ... until then, always remember how very much I love you!
